Cross Country (Freshman):Â Placed eighth at the Ron Pynn Classic with a season-best 6K time of 19:46.3 ... Finished 32nd at the SDSU Classic in the 8K in 26:26.8 ... Crossed the finish line 272nd at the Paul Short Run with an 8K of 26:09.0 ... Clocked a season-best 8K time of 26:05.6 to finish 36th at the Summit League Championships.
Indoor (Freshman): Recorded season-bests in the 800m (1:56.55), mile (4:22.41), 3,000m (8:55.01) and 5,000m (15:52.70).
Outdoor (Freshman): Set season-best times in the 800m (2:01.49), 1,500m (4:10.78) and 10,000m (32:21.19).
Before UND: Ran both cross country and track at Lakeville North High School … Recorded a 5K prep best of 15:47.79 … Took 30th in the 5K at the MSHSL Class AAA State Championships … Clocked prep bests in the 800m (1:56.25), 1,600m (4:32.44) and 3,200m (9:41.86) … Was a runner-up with the 4x800m relay team at the 2023 MSHSL State Track & Field Championships … Also took eighth in the 800m at the 2023 state meet.
