GRAND FORKS, N.D.--The Fighting Sioux men's basketball team placed a league-high four student-athletes on the North Central Conference Commissioner's Academic Men's Basketball Honor Roll, it was announced today by the conference office.

UND's four selections were tied with Augustana and St. Cloud State for the most from any one team.

To qualify, student-athletes must have a minimum 3.20 grade point average, have completed at least two semesters at their current school and have competed against outside competition this season.

UND's four selections were highlighted by senior guard Josh Doyle (Bettendorf, Iowa) and senior forward Jimmy Hoy (West Fargo, N.D.), both of whom made their third straight appearance on the honor roll.

Senior center Tyler Koenig (Fargo, N.D.) and freshman center Derek Benter (Crosby, N.D.) each received their first selection.
