academic support program, the George and Arline Schubert

past weekend.
A special naming plaque honoring George and Arline Schubert
was unveiled at a dedication ceremony in the Hyslop Sports

of North Dakota campus.

"I want to thank George and Arline for allowing us to name
the athletics academic center in their names," said UND Director of Athletics
Brian Faison. "This dedication recognizes the many contributions the Schuberts
have made to Fighting Sioux Athletics.
The couple one again has taken the lead in supporting our
student-athletes with a generous leadership gift in support of the athletics academic
center and the athletics department's plan to fully endow the athletics
academic support program."
