RESULTS
Dakota Dunes, S.D. -- Senior Jacob Dehne took fourth place at the Coyote Classic after shooting an even-par round of 72 on Tuesday. It was the second-consecutive top-five finish at the event for Dehne, who was the runner-up in 2014.
Dehne's final round 72 gave him a 54-hole total of 223 (+7), which matched his score from last year's finish at when the Dakota Dunes Country Club. He finished three strokes behind Missouri State's Joey Johnson and Green Bay's Joe Duchateua, who finished with respective scores of 220 (+4).
Dehne's 72 helped UND shoot its second-consecutive 307 (+19) and finish fifth in the team race that Missouri State ran away with after posting a winning total of (895). The Bears were 27 strokes clear of second-place finisher Northern Iowa ().
Fellow captain Aaron Pulanco also picked up a top-10 finish as he tied for ninth (230; +14) after shooting a 77 (+5) in the final round. Sophomore Jack McClintock registered his best score of the tournament on Tuesday, posting a 77 (+5) that included a two-under 34 on the front nine.
UND returns to action in two weeks at the Zach Johnson Invitational hosted by Drake Oct. 5-6.
