Game Notes: NCAA Midwest Regional vs. Northeastern

Making the 31st NCAA postseason appearance in program history, North Dakota will face Northeastern on Friday afternoon in the NCAA Midwest Region semifinal in Cincinnati.

UND is the Midwest Region's No. 1 seed and the No. 3 overall seed in the entire 16-team national tournament field.

Media Coverage
All UND men's hockey games, home and away, can be heard on 96.1 FM (The Fox) and on stations across the UND Sports Home of Economy Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio app. Longtime broadcaster Tim Hennessy, in his 37th season as the voice of UND men's hockey, calls the action while Steve Olson provides analysis during home games.

Friday's regional semifinal will be telecast live by ESPNU, with Allen Bestwick calling the action and former Boston University standout Colby Cohen (2007-10) providing analysis. The game will also be available on DirecTV channel 208 and DISH Network channel 141, as well as on TSN2 in Canada.

Ticket Information
A select number of NCAA Midwest Regional tournament ticket packages went on sale on Sunday to members of the North Dakota Champions Club and the general public.

If there are any ticket packages still remaining after fulfilling the Champions Club requests, general public requests will then be granted.

Ticket packages cost $40 and are good for all three games in the tournament. The UND Box Office does not sell single-game tickets.
