OMAHA, Neb. - The University of North Dakota women's tennis team was blanked by the Utah State Aggies, 7-0, on Saturday afternoon at the Hanscom Tennis Center.

In doubles play, the Aggies went ahead 1-0 over the by Fighting Hawks by defeating UND in the No. 1 and No. 2 spots, while the No. 3 game went unfinished.

In singles play, all six Aggies were able to come up victorious to capture the sweep while only dropping one set on the day.

Fighting Hawks' Masha Lobanova was able to top Utah State's Sidnee Lavatai, 6-4, in the second set of No. 6 singles, but ultimately dropped the first and last frame to give the Aggies the point.

North Dakota returns to action tomorrow morning at 11:00 by taking on Creighton, also in Omaha.
