SCOUTING THE BISON
Since the Fighting Hawks and NDSU last met, North Dakota State has gone 4-1 with a 3-1 record in Summit League play and a win at Kansas. Overall the Bison are 8-2 this season and are 2-2 on the road in 2020-21. The Bison have won their last three Summit League matches with a 93-60 win at Western Illinois and a pair of victories over Omaha at The SHAC. While Heaven Hamling has been NDSU's top-scorer this season with 12.7 points per game, four other players - Ryan Cobbins (8.9), Emily Dietz (8.4), Reneya Hopkins (8.3), and Abby Schulte (8.1) - are averaging 8.0 points per game. Outside of their 93-point showing against the Leathernecks, the Bison are averaging 64.3 points per game. However, NDSU is only allowing 61.3 points per game and held Omaha to 53 and 55 points on Friday and Saturday, respectively.Â
