Fargo, N.D – The multi-events and throws groups had a memorable day with four individuals with new or improved marks the program's top seven in their respective events.
Destinee Rose-Haas won the women's weight throw with a new PR of 20.55m (67-5.25) which improves upon her second place standing all-time at UND which she placed into the record book two weeks in Brookings, S.D.
Natalie Mohring also finished with a PR of 17.27m (56-8) in the event.
The men's heptathlon proved to be a major success as all three competitors finished with top seven scores all-time at UND. Trenton Hanseder finished seventh overall with a point total of 4364 which ranks him third all-time in program history.
Ben Hidani finished eight overall with 4321 points which puts him fourth all-time in the event at UND.
Aric David won the 1000m final leg of the event and finished tenth overall with 4282 points good enough for seventh all-time at UND.
North Dakota took victories in both the men's and women's 1000m with unattached Hawk
Erica Eades cruising to a convincing victory in 2:49.78 which would have bested the school record by more than five seconds and is a facility record.

Matt Russell in the men's race in 2:34.71. In addition to Eades winning,
Amanda Robbins and
Hannah Anderson finished second and third with times of 3:02.17 and 3:03.45 respectively.
A week after putting her name second all-time at UND in the pole vault,
Jennifer Parent had another solid performance as she jumped 12-8.25, just an inch off last week's PR to finish seventh.
North Dakota heads to Brookings S.D. next Saturday for the South Dakota State Indoor Classic in what will be the Hawks' last trip to the Jackrabbits' home before The Summit League Indoor Track and Field Championships at the end of the month.
