The Titans led 46-43 with 12:59 left in the contest before the Hawks went on the 22-5 run to lead 65-49 with 4:01 remaining. The run was highlighted by a 7-for-8 performance at the charity stripe. During the run, B.J. Omot poured in seven points and Matt Norman added five.

Turning the Corner
After defeating Wisconsin-Stout 92-61 on Tuesday, the Hawks went 2-0 in the UND Holiday Classic, defeating Utah Tech (67-52) and Cal State Fullerton (73-57). With the wins, UND is riding a three-game winning streak for the first time since Nov. 26 - Nov. 30, 2019. If the Fighting Hawks defeat the Cyclones, it will mark the first four-game winning streak for UND since March 4 - March 11, 2017.

In the UND Holiday Classic, North Dakota not only shot an even 50.0 percent in the wins over Utah Tech and Cal State Fullerton, but also eerily went 24-for-48 shooting in both games.
