SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - With a winter storm expected to impact travel across the Midwest, The Summit League announced a schedule change for the 2023 Indoor Track & Field Championships in Vermillion, S.D.
The two-day event was originally scheduled to begin Friday and conclude on Saturday, but will now instead commence on Saturday and end on Sunday, starting the meet a day later than the original schedule. With the shift of dates, all events originally scheduled for Friday will now take place on Saturday and events from Saturday will move to Sunday.
League officials will continue to monitor the weather and its potential impact on the event.
