Box Score COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- The University of North Dakota men's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to Idaho State on Saturday in a neutral site match played at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo.

UND (2-6) got off to a strong start in search of its third straight victory, grabbing the doubles point with a pair of wins on the No. 1 and 2 courts. After Idaho State notched a victory at the No. 3 position, Jerall Yasin and Ethan Terry brought two-man play level with a 6-2 win at the middle spot before Ange-Kevin Koua and Victor Moreno Lozano sealed the 1-0 start for the Fighting Hawks by a 7-5 score at the top spot.

NoDak couldn't carry that momentum into singles play, however, as the Bengals captured victories on all six of the courts to grab the 6-1 match win. Leandro Zgraggen and Terry each grabbed set triumphs on the No. 3 and 4 courts, but ultimately fell in the tiebreak.

North Dakota closes out the weekend against Air Force on Sunday morning beginning at 11 a.m.
