Summit League announces 2024 women’s soccer schedule

| By:
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Summit League announced the 2024 women's soccer conference schedule Thursday morning. North Dakota will play four games at Bronson Field and four games on the road with league play beginning on Sept. 26.

The Fighting Hawks will be on the road for the first week of league play at Oral Roberts (Sept. 26) and at Denver (Sept. 29). North Dakota won 3-2 over ORU at Bronson Field last season behind a trio of goals from Allison Rapaduski, Milan Cordone and Amelia Loeffler, while Sarah McCracken assisted on two of those goals. The Hawks and Pioneers met in the regular season finale, with UND earning its first point in program history against DU with a 3-3 tie. Loeffler, who led the conference in goals during league play (5), notched her first-career hat trick in the contest.

UND will play its first home conference game the following weekend when they welcome North Dakota State (Oct. 6) to Bronson Field. Last year's contest ended in a 0-0 draw in Fargo. The Hawks are back on the road for matchups with Omaha (Oct. 10) and Kansas City (Oct. 13) the following week. NoDak and the Mavericks met in the conference opener last season with Omaha taking a 2-0 decision.

The Fighting Hawks close out league play with three straight home games against South Dakota (Oct. 17), South Dakota State (Oct. 20) and St. Thomas (Oct. 24).

The Summit League Championship Quarterfinals will be played on either Nov. 2-3 with the No. 3 seed hosting the No. 6 seed and the No. 4 seed hosting the No. 5 seed. The top seed will then host the semifinals and title match that will take place on Nov. 7 and Nov. 10.

The Fighting Hawks full schedule with non conference games will be released at a later date.
