OMAHA, Neb. – The North Dakota volleyball team continues Summit League play this Thursday on the road against Omaha at Baxter Arena. First serve is set for 7 p.m. on Summit League Network.

UND comes into this matchup with a 4-9 record and 1-1 record in Summit League play. The Hawks are coming off a 3-0 loss to North Dakota State on Saturday.

Barber Offensive Peak Performer of the Week
Paige Barber was named Summit League Offensive Peak Performer of the Week, the first accolade of her career and the first to win the award for UND since Lexi Ahrens won it on Feb. 6, 2021. Barber recorded 35 kills across two matches last week, including a career high 23-kills against South Dakota last Thursday.

Scouting the Opposition
The Mavericks come into the match at 3-8, with an 0-2 record in conference play. Omaha is coming off a loss to St. Thomas in four sets on Saturday.

Omaha is led offensively by Kali Jurgensmeier (164 kills) and Faith Venable (125 kills), as the duo has combined for 56.2 percent of the teams kills this season. Julia Owens (213 assists) and Davis Guetterman (200 assists) have combined for 413 of the teams 481 assists.
