| By:
GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The North Dakota men's and women's tennis programs are hitting the road this week and will split up between four matches spread across three days.

Friday kicks off for the women as they head east with a 2 p.m. bout against Minnesota before following it up with an 11 a.m. Saturday matinee against Drake. Saturday also marks the beginning of competition for the men, who will head west to take on Lewis-Clark at 12 p.m. and Idaho at 10 a.m. on Sunday.

Last Time Out
North Dakota tennis kicked off its home court slate last weekend, facing Marquette on Friday and Montana State on Sunday.

The women went 1-1 over that stretch, defeating the Golden Eagles 5-2 after cruising to a doubles victory and collecting four singles win. UND then lost an absolute nail-biter against the Bobcats to close the weekend, dropping 4-3 inside Choice Health & Fitness.

On the other side of the Fighting Hawk action, the men went 2-0 in a weekend sweep of the visitors. It became a literal sweep for UND in a dominant 7-0 takedown of MU to close out Friday action before an absolutely cinematic 4-3 win over MSU wrapped up the home stretch.
