NORFOLK, Va. – The North Dakota softball team looks to remain hot, set for five games in Virginia in the Spartan Round Up Tournament. The Hawks will take on Farleigh Dickinson and Norfolk State on Friday, Holy Cross and Farleigh Dickinson on Saturday and Holy Cross on Sunday. Games will take place as NSU softball field.
The Hawks are 9-1 in their last 10 games, riding a three-game winning streak. NoDak is 12-8 on the season, going 4-1 last week at the Birds Up Bash in San Antonio. UND hit .365 this past weekend, averaging 8.2 runs per game in the tournament. UND swatted 22 hits against UT Arlington on Saturday, its first 20-hit game since March 31, 2019.
