Cross Country (Senior): Did not run at The Summit League Championship.

Indoor (Senior): Competed in seven meets, including The Summit League Championship … Set a new PR in the 1,000-meters at the Dakota Quad Classic, finishing second with a 3:03.45 (Feb. 6) … Ran a season-best in the 800-meters at the UND Tune-Up (Feb. 20) … Helped the women’s distance medley relay team to a fourth-place finish and the seventh-fastest time in UND history (12:19.16) at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 28) … Competed in the mile at the championship as well, finishing 14th.

Outdoor (Senior): Ran the 800-meters in two competitions … Placed sixth at the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2).

2019-20
Cross Country (Junior): Raced in four meets, including The Summit League Championship ... Posted a personal-best time in the 5K at the Ron Pynn Classic (Oct. 19) ... Followed up another PR at The Summit League Championship in the 6K, finishing 45th.

Indoor (Junior): Competed in five meets ... All-Summit League in the distance medley relay, helping the Fighting Hawks to second place ... Ran the third leg as relay team clocked a 11:53.95, the third fastest time in UND history (Feb. 29) ... Finished 10th at Summit League Championship in the mile with a personal-record time of 5:14.22 ... PR'd in the 800-meters at the UND Tune-up (Feb. 22).

Outdoor (Junior): Competed in lone event at Coastal Carolina, finishing second in the 800-meters (March 14).

2018-19
Named to The Summit League's 2018-19 Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Earned second letter.

Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in seven meets, including The Summit League Championship ... Ran a personal-best in the mile at the championship (5:22.29) ... Helped the distance medley relay to fourth place finish at The Summit League Championship.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran in six meets ... Placed 12th in the 800-meters at The Summit League Championship ... Clocked a PR 2:18.69 in the 800 at the South Dakota Challenge ... Registered a 4:52.38 in the 1,500-meters at The Summit League Championship.

Cross Country (Freshman): Named to Big Sky Conference Fall All-Academic Team … Ran a season-best 5K of 20 minutes, 39 seconds at the SDSU Classic (Sept. 29) … Made her collegiate debut during the UND Ron Pynn Classic Open (Oct. 14) … Earned first letter.

Indoor (Freshman): Named to 2018 Big Sky Conference Winter-All Academic Team.

Outdoor (Freshman): Won the 800 meters with a PR of 2:21.16 at the Cobber Twilight (April 25) … Topped that PR three days later with a time of 2:19.11 seconds at the Ron Masanz Invitational (April 28) … Member of UND’s 4x800 relay team that ran the 10th-fastest time in school history (9:20.78) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational … Earned first track and field letter.
