2020-21
Indoor (Senior): Competed seven times, including The Summit League Championship … Recorded a third place finish and a PR in the 600-meters at the Jim Emmerich Invitational (Jan. 23) … Won the 1,000-meters at the Dakota Quad Classic (Feb. 6) … Helped the Distance Medley Relay to a fourth place finish at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 27) … Registered a PR in the mile at The Summit League Championship to finish 13th (Feb. 28).

Outdoor (Junior): Ran in five meets … Recorded top-three finishes at the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2), Kip Janvrin Open (April 23) and the Ron Masanz Classic (May 1) … Won the 800-meters at the Kip Janvrin at Simpson College with a then-PR 2:16.30 … Qualified for the finals at The Summit League Championship in the 800-meters with a PR time of 2:13.26, just missing the top-10 (May 14) … Finished seventh at the championship as one of three Fighting Hawk scorers in the event.

2019-20
Cross Country (Sophomore): Did not compete.

Indoor (Junior): Ran in three meets ... Ran a PR in the 600-meters at the Jim Emmerich Invitational to finish fifth (Jan. 25).

Outdoor (Junior): Did not compete.

2018-19
Cross Country (Sophomore): Earned second letter.

Indoor (Sophomore): Helped the Distance Medley Relay team to a fourth place finish at The Summit League Championship ... Also competed in the 800-meters at the conference championship.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in five meets, including the West Coast swing at Long Beach State ... Ran a personal-best in the 1,500-meters at the South Dakota Challenge ... Helped the 4x400 relay team to victory at the Ron Masanz Classic in Moorhead.

2017-18
Cross Country (Freshman): Big Sky Conference Fall All-Academic Team … Ran in five of six meets as a freshman … Earned first letter.

Indoor (Freshman): Named to 2018 Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team.

Outdoor (Freshman): Named to 2018 Big Sky Conference Spring All-Academic Team … Qualified for the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championship in the 800 meters … Ran an 800-meters PR of 2:21.62 and placed second at the Cobber Twilight (April 25) … Toppled that PR two days later with a time of 2:17.82 at the Ron Masanz Invitational (April 28) … Earned first letter.

A 2017 graduate of Hermantown High School ... Graduated with honors ... Lettered four times in track and field ... Earned All-Lake Superior Conference honors in both the 4x800 and 4x400 ... Helped set a school record in the 4x800 relay ... Also lettered three times in soccer.
