Cross Country (Graduate): Opened the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and placed fifth with a season-best 6K time of 19:12.2, helping NoDak win the team title in the process ... Finished 10th at the SDSU Classic with an 8K time of 25:09.2 ... Crossed the finish line 131st at the Paul Short Run, clocking an 8K time of 25:14.6 ... Took 11th in the 8K at the Summit League Championships in 24:58.3 ... Ran in the 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional and was 60th in 32:01.4, helping UND to its best regional finish in its Division I history ... Earned Second Team All-Summit League status.
Indoor (Graduate): Placed third in the 5,000m (14:25.36) and eighth in the 3,000m (8:23.91) at the Summit League Championships ... His time in the 5,000m was good for the second-fastest time in program history ... Recorded the No. 2 time in UND history in the 3,000m at the Washington Invitational with a time of 8:17.67 ... Put down the ninth-fastest time in the mile in program history at the Jim Emmerich Invitational with a time of 4:12.06 ... Named to the All-Summit League Team.
Outdoor (Graduate): Finished sixth in the 10,000m (30:27.10) and 11th in the 5,000m (14:57.66) at the Summit League Championships ... Broke the 5,000m school record at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 14:08.08 ... Ran the third-fastest 10,000m time in program history at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic in 30:07.67 ... Recorded the No. 10 time in UND history in the 1,500m with a time of 3:55.84 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
Before UND: Spent four years at Glasgow University in Scotland … Comes to UND with a cross country career best of 30:13.00 in the 10K … Also has career-bests in the 1,500m (3:52.21), 3,000m (8:13.10), 5,000m (14:04.00) and 10,000m (29:46.95) … Placed fourth at the 2022 10K Scottish Championships … Finished fourth in the 5,000m at the 2022 Senior Scottish Championships.
