? Played five years for the Grayhounds as a middle blocker, leading FHS to three Miinnesota Class A state championships (2001, 2002 & 2004), as well as a state runner-up finish in 2000.  Finished as Section 8 runner-ups in 2003.

? Two-time State Bank all-tournament team and two-time all-state Coaches Association Press selection.

? Selected to the 2004 PrepVolleyball.com High School All-American roster...the top 150 players in the US.

? Three-time All-Pine to Prairie Conference first team selection including conference MVP as a senior.

? Named to Fargo Forum All-Area team as a senior and honorable mention as a sophomore and a junior.

? Five-time letterwinner in basketball helping lead Fosston to two Minnesota Class A state championships and one state runner-up finish.

? Selected to Top 100 Minnesota Basketball players four times.

? Two-time State Bank Minnesota State Basketball all-tournament team.

? Four-time All-Pine to Prairie Conference first team selection.

? Recorded over 1,200 career kills in volleyball and over 1,000 career points and rebounds in basketball.

? Named academic all-state as a senior in both volleyball and basketball and a member of the National Honor Society and  ?A’ Honor Roll.
