2013-14 (Senior): Ran in seven of UND’s eight cross country meets … Was UND’s top runner at the University of Minnesota’s Oz Memorial, placing 25th out of 51 runners with a time of 20 minutes, 27 seconds … Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:24 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational … Placed 61st at the Big Sky Cross Country Championship with a time of 27:30 … Clocked a 10K time of 34:42 at the NCAA Division I Midwest Regional ... Opened the season at the Bison Cross Country Duals where he placed ninth with a time of 27:02.93 ... 2011-12 (Sophomore): Named to 2011 Great West Conference Fall All-Academic Team ... Member of UND's fourth-place distance medley relay (10:50.33) at the GWC Indoor Track and Field Championship ... Placed 27th (26:47.84) at the GWC Cross Country Championship ... Finished 17th at the USD Tim Young Invitational with a time of 26:28.16 ... Ran a personal-best time of 9:07.88 in the 3,000-meters at the GWC Indoor Championship ... Placed 14th in UND's season-ending dual at South Dakota (Nov. 14) ... Made his collegiate debut at the 2010 Great West Conference Cross Country Championship (Oct. 30), placing 60th ... Earned first letter in both cross country and track and field.
