2012 (Junior): Injured during spring practices, but returned to the field for the final two games of the season ... After seeing action as a reserve in the home finale vs. Southern Utah (Nov. 3), earned the start at right tackle at Northern Colorado (Nov. 17).
2011 (Sophomore): Started all 11 games at left guard for the second consecutive season ... Earned All-Great West second team distinction from the league's head coaches and media ... Also earned All-GWC accolades from College Sports Madness ... Helped ground attack churn out 1,627 yards and 19 rushing touchdown ... Paved the way for running back Jake Miller to become first player in Great West history to earn three consecutive player of the week honors ... Earned second letter.
2010 (Redshirt Freshman): Started all 11 games at left guard, making his collegiate debut against Idaho (Sept. 2) ... Part of a quintet of Sioux linemen that started all 11 games ... Helped the Sioux ground game rack up 1,657 rushing yards and score 14 touchdowns, including a season-high 357 yards and six rushing TDs vs. Northeastern State (Sept. 18) ... “The Hogs” were named UND’s Offensive Player of the Week for their efforts in that contest ... Earned first letter.
2009: Redshirt season ... Two-time UND Offensive Scout Player the Week honoree (USD, Oct. 3; SOU, Nov. 7).
Before UND: A 2009 graduate of Cretin-Derham Hall High School ... Three-year letterwinner in football as an offensive lineman .... Received 2008 all-conference honors ... During his senior season, never allowed a sack on 242 attempts ... Helped anchor an offense that ran for 2,617 yards (5.8 yards/carry) and throw for 2,414 yards with a completion percentage of 63 ... Played defensive end his final two games and recorded six tackles (three for loss) with one sack ... While on the roster, CDH finished 35-3.
