Biography

2010-11 (Freshman): Mid-season walk-on who joined the team following the Christmas break ... Appeared in eight games ... Had a goal and an assist with a plus-3 rating in his last three games ... Scored his first career goal in game two of UND's first-round WCHA sweep of Michigan Tech (March 12) ... Goal held up as the game-winner and series clincher ... Collected his first career assist in the championship game of the WCHA Final Five against Denver (March 19) ... Made his collegiate debut Feb. 11 against Alaska Anchorage.

Before UND: Spent the previous three seasons with the Selkirk Steelers of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League ... Was named MJHL Most Valuable Player in 2009-10 after scoring 40 goals and 92 points in 62 games ... Also earned All-MJHL first team honors that season ... Finished his three years in Selkirk with
183 points (85 goals, 98 assists) in 182 games ... Had 34 goals and 35 assists in 62 games in 2008-09 ... Had 11 goals and 11 assists in 58 games in his first year in Selkirk in 2007-08 ... A 2007 graduate of River East Collegiate.
