2016 (Freshman): Named to the Jerry Rice Award Watch List, which is given annually to the FCS National Freshman of the Year ... Appeared in all 12 games and started the final nine of the season at cornerback ... Finished with 46 total tackles, including 29 solo stops ... Also added 10 pass break-ups and three interceptions, which were tied for fourth in the Big Sky ... Ranked second among FCS freshmen and second in the Big Sky with 13 passes defended ... Returned seven kickoffs for 121 yards (17.3 ypr) during the season as a special teams contributor ... Came down with first career interception and added two pass break-ups in road win at Montana State (Sept. 24) ... Registered a season-high six tackles on three different occasions ... Posted five tackles and had three pass break-ups in road win at Idaho State (Oct. 22) ... Before UND: Spent fall semester at Navy Prep before transferring to UND in January ... Played wide receiver at the school in Annapolis, Md., finishing the 2015 season with team highs in catches (15) and receiving yards (405) ... Also caught three touchdown passes and added a team-high 335 kickoff return yards ... Earned honorable mention Class 7A All-State honors after finishing senior season at Bob Jones H.S. (Madison, Ala.), with 43 catches for 745 yards and seven touchdowns ... Also had two kickoff returns for touchdowns and helped lead Bob Jones to the State Playoffs ... Was also an all-state performer in track and field, competing in the long jump, triple jump, 60-meter dash and 400-meter dash ...
