2017 (Sophomore): Appeared in all 11 games with three starts at cornerback ... Totalled 34 tackles ... Recorded a career-high seven tackles on two occasions with first coming at South Dakota (Sept. 16) ... Posted a career-high five solo stops against the Coyotes and added seven tackles in season finale vs. Eastern Washington (Nov. 11) ... Earned second letter. 

2016 (Redshirt freshman): Started first three games at cornerback before a shoulder injury sidelined him for the remainder of the season ... Had three solo tackles in season-opener at Stony Brook (Sept. 1) ... Made two tackles and recorded first career interception at Bowling Green (Sept. 10) ... Granted medical hardship for season, which counts as redshirt campaign.

2015 (Freshman): Appeared in all 11 games and started the last eight at cornerback … Finished with 19 tackles, including 12 solo stops … Also had two pass break-ups … Had a season-high five tackles at Weber State (Oct. 17) … Posted three tackles in each of final two home wins against No. 19 Montana State (Oct. 31) and Northern Colorado (Nov. 14) ... Earned first letter.

Before UND: Lettered three seasons, playing both cornerback and wide receiver for Cherry Creek High School … Helped lead team to Class 5A State Championship as a senior … Earned All-Centennial League honors at wide receiver as a junior and was a preseason all-state selection at cornerback prior to his senior season.

Personal: Son of Jerome and Stephanie Carter ... Majoring in Pre-Accountancy.
