Indoor (Senior): Finished 18th at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a time of 1:01.93 ... Recorded season-bests in the 60m hurdles (9.62) at the Dakota Alumni Classic, 200m (27.19) at the SDSU Indoor Classic and 400m (1:01.44) at the UND Tune-Up.
Outdoor (Junior): Took 13th in the 400m hurdles at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:07.35 ... Put down season-bests in the 400m hurdles (1:06.69) at the Texas State Invitational, 200m (27.04w) at the USD Challenge and 400m (1:04.23) at the Texas State Invitational.
2020-21
Indoor (Junior): Competed in all eight meets … Ran on both relay teams at The Summit League Championship, helping the 4x400 to a fifth place finish and the distance medley relay to fourth (Feb. 27-28) … Broke 60 seconds in the 400-meters at the UND Tune-Up to take second with a 59.99 (Feb. 20) .. Finished sixth with a PR in the 600-meters at the Jim Emmerich Invitational (Jan. 23).
Outdoor (Sophomore): Capped a remarkable outdoor season with All-Summit League honors in the 400-meter hurdles … Competed six times and improved her 400 hurdle times at each meet … Recorded the best time in the preliminary round of The Summit League Championship before finishing third in the final, 61.71 (May 15) … No. 5 in UND history in the 400-meter hurdles … Helped the 4x100-meter relay team to sixth place and the eighth-best time in school history at The Summit League Championship (May 14) … Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Ron Masanz Classic (May 1) … Finished ninth in the 400 hurdles at the Drake Relays (April 23).
2019-20
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran at the UND Indoor Open (Feb. 1) ... Helped the Fighting Hawks to a win in the 4x400-meter relay, running the final leg to secure a time of 3:59.56.
Outdoor (COVID-19 Pandemic): Did not compete.
2018-19
Indoor (Freshman): Ran in six meets, including The Summit League Championship.
Outdoor (Freshman): Just missed moving into the University of North Dakota's top-10 in the 400-meter hurdles with a 64.44 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 17-19) ... Ran at The Summit League Championship in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing 11th.
Before UND: Graduated from Park River Area School in 2018 ... A six-year letterwinner in track and field ... Won state championship in the 300-meter hurdles in each of her final two years ... Also won state championship in the 100-meter hurdles as a junior ... Was the 300-meter hurdles runner-up one year earlier and placed fourth in the 100-meter hurdles ... Helped Park River win 4x100 relay state title as a senior and set a new state record ... Lettered four times in volleyball and earned all-region honors her senior year ... Also lettered twice in basketball ... Member of the National Honor Society and graduated with high honors.
