2023-24
Cross Country (Senior): Began the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and placed seventh with a 6K time of 19:22.3, helping NoDak win the team title ... Took 20th at the SDSU Classic with an 8K time of 25:40.1 ... Crossed the finish line 200th at the Paul Short Run in the 8K with a time of 25:40.7 ... Finished 21st at the Summit League Championships with an 8K time of 25:33.6 ... Took 112th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 32:48.4, helping the Hawks to their best regional finish in UND's Division I history.

Indoor (Senior): Placed third in the 800m at the Summit League Championships with a time of 1:53.84 ... Finished sixth with the 4x400m relay team at the conference meet with a time of 3:20.45, good for the No. 7 time on the UND top-10 list ... Broke the 800m school record at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 1:49.83, which earned him the title of Summit League Men's Track Peak Performer of the Week on Nov. 13  ... Ran the fourth-fastest mile in program history with a time of 4:11.06 at the SDSU Classic ... Moved up to No. 6 in school history in the 3,000m with a time of 8:24.87 at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener ... Won the 4x400m relay title as a member of the squad at the UND Tune-Up ... 2022-23
Cross Country (Junior): Opened the season with a time of 19:25.2 to take 14th at the Ron Pynn Classic, helping the Hawks finish as the runners-up ... Posted a time of 19:10.9 to finish 23rd at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Twilight ... Crossed the finish line 133rd with a time of 26.27.7 at the Roy Griak Invitational ... Recorded a time of 26:06.3 at the Bradly Pink Classic to come in 225th ... Ran an 8K personal-best time of 25:09.6 at the Summit League Championships to finish 42nd and helping UND finish fourth in the team race.

Indoor (Junior): Placed fifth as a member of the DMR squad at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a time of 10:17.89, good for the No. 4 relay time in program history at the time ... Also took 18th in the mile at the conference meet in 4:22.54 ... Ran the No. 7 mile time in school history at the time at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston with a PR of 4:12.29 ... Started the season with a personal-best time of 8:36.99 in the 3,000m at the Sharon-Colyear Danville Season Opener.

Outdoor (Junior): Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 800m and finished 38th with a time of 1:50.93 ... Took sixth in the 800m (1:51.63) and was seventh as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:18.94) at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Set a new school record in the 800m at the Kip Janvrin Open with a time of 1:48.97 ... Clocked the seventh-fastest 1,500m time in program history at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 3:55.94 ... Put down a season-best time of 4:12.29 in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational ... Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

2021-22
Cross Country (Sophomore): Began the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and took ninth with a time of 18:46.8, helping UND claim the team title … Finished 27th at the SDSU Classic in a time of 26.48.6 … Crossed the finish line 157th at the Roy Griak Invitational, clocking a time of 27:02.3 … Took 147th at Texas A&M with a time of 25:57.2 … Finished 35th at the Summit League Championships, running a time of 26:25.7 … Concluded the season with a 182nd-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional in a time of 34:34.5.

Indoor (Sophomore): Finished fifth in the DMR (10:23.15), seventh in the 4x400m (3:23.46) and ninth in the 800m (1:53.61) at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... His DMR time at the conference meet ranked No. 6 on the UND all-time top-10 list at the time ... 800m time at the Summit League Indoor Championships was the fifth-fastest time in program history at the time ... Ran season-bests in the mile (4:22.49) at the Bison Open and 3,000m (8:53.60) at the Bison Team Cup.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed seventh as a member of the 4x400m team (3:25.58) and took 11th in the 800m (1:53.89) at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Posted the No. 5 time in school history at the time in the 800m at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 1:52.40 ... Member of the DMR team that recorded a time of 10:18.13 at the Drake Relays, good for the No. 5 spot on the UND top-10 list at the time.

2020-21
Cross Country (Freshman): Finished 23rd at The Summit League Cross Country Championship (March 5) … Helped North Dakota to a third place team finish, the highest placing for the Fighting Hawks in its Division I history.

Indoor (Freshman): Ran in three meets … Made collegiate debut at Jim Emmerich Invite, finishing 12th in the 3,000-meters (Jan. 23) … Competed in the 5,000-meters at The Summit League Championship, finishing 16th (Feb. 28).

Outdoor (Freshman): Competed five times … Debuted at the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2) … Cracked UND’s top-10 in the 800-meters at the Kip Janvrin Open, finishing second with a 1:54.19 (April 23) … Placed fifth in the 1,500-meters to close the regular season at the Ron Masanz Classic (May 1) … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a sixth place finish at The Summit League Championship (May 15).

Before UND: Three-time academic all-state ... Earned all-conference honors four times ... Twice earned all-state accolades ... Helped Mounds View to the 2019 MSHSL State Cross Country Championship, runner-up in 2018 and a fifth finish as a sophomore in 2017 ... Team also won the Nike Heartland Regional Championship twice ... Competed at the Nike Cross Nationals and helped Mounds View to a 19th place finish ...
