Cross Country (Fifth): Led UND in every race he ran ... Won the individual 8K title at the Ron Pynn Classic with a time of 18:27.1, helping the Hawks capture the team title in the process ... Cross Country (Junior): Began the season at the Ron Pynn Classic, taking third as a part of UND’s individual 1-2-3 finish with a time of 18:19.2 to help the Fighting Hawks claim the team title … Finished 11th at the SDSU Classic in a time of 25:50.1 to help the Hawks finish as the runner-up in the team competition … Clocked a time of 26:00.7 at the Roy Griak Invitational to finish 75th … Crossed the finish line 92nd in a time of 25:11.9 at Texas A&M … Was the first Hawk to cross the finish line at the Summit League Championships, finishing 17th in 25:38.8 … Paced the UND men at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 98th-place finish with a time of 32:31.4.
Indoor (Junior): Finished ninth in the mile with a time of 4:12.33 at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Also took 11th in the 5,000m with a season-best time of 14:51.73, good for the No. 7 time in school history at the time ... Ran the second-fastest mile in school history at the time with a time of 4:09.66 at the Grand Valley State Big Meet ... Posted the No. 3 time in program history at the time in the 3,000m at the Grand Valley State Big Meet in a time of 8:28.91 ... Claimed the mile title at the Bison Open.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 3,000m steeplechase and finished 15th with a PR of 8:43.79, falling three spots shy and less than four seconds short of qualifying for the NCAA Outdoor Championships ... His time at the NCAA Regional broke his own school record in the steeplechase for the fourth time of the season and gave him UND's top finish at the regional in program history ... Claimed the 3,000m steeplechase title at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in a time of 9:07.31 ... Cross Country (Sophomore): Second Team All-Summit League … Finished 10th at The Summit League Championship, running a 25:44.48 (March 5) … Helped North Dakota to a third place team finish, the highest placing for the Fighting Hawks in its Division I history.
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets … All-Summit League … Helped the distance medley relay team to a second place finish and a new school record as the final leg with a 10:03.97 at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 28) … Placed sixth and moved up to No. 3 all-time at North Dakota in the mile at the time with a 4:11.78 (Feb. 27) … Finished second in the mile at the UND Open (Jan. 30).
Outdoor (Freshman): Collected his first outdoor All-Summit League honor … Placed third at The Summit League Championship in the 3,000-meter steeplechase … Set new school record at the time in only his second race, 9:08.11 (May 15) … Won the 1,500-meters at the Ron Masanz Classic (May 1) … Helped the distance medley relay team to a new school record at the Drake Relays, 9:55.59 (April 24) … Moved up to No. 4 all-time in the 5,000-meters at the time at the Mizzou Spring Opener, recorded a 14:52.58 (March 20) … Made steeplechase debut at the Drake Relays (April 22) and broke the old school record with a 9:10.72 … Placed fifth in the 1,500-meters at the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2).

Indoor (Freshman): Competed at five meets ... Doubled in the mile and the 3,000-meters at The Summit League Championship, finishing sixth and seventh, respectively (Feb. 28-29) ... Clocked a personal-record 8:30.16 in the 3,000 at the championship to move into third all-time at UND at the time ... Closed the regular season with a 4:12.09 in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic to move into fourth all-time in the North Dakota record book (Feb. 15) ... Won the mile at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet in Vermillion, S.D. (Feb. 8).
Outdoor (COVID-19 Pandemic): Ran the 800-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational in his collegiate debut (March 14) ... Finished second in the event.
