Heidi Evans earns All-America honors with sixth-place finish at NCAA indoor nationals

BOSTON -- UND women's track & field middle distance runner Heidi Evans (Sr., Roseau, Minn.) earned All-America honors today with a sixth-place finish in the 800-meter run at the NCAA Division II Indoor Women's Track & Field Championships.

Evans, the No. 3 seed, ran a time of 2:12.86 to finish sixth and earn the first All-America honor of her career.
