GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Redshirt freshman Greg Hardin has been named to the 2010 College Football Performance Awards FCS Wide Receiver of the Year watch list.
A native of Bellevue, Neb., Hardin has twice been named a CollegeFootballPerformance.com Wide Receiver of the Week honorable mention and was named the Wide Receiver of the Week following UND's 49-24 win over Northwestern State on Sept. 25.
In his first season with the Sioux, Hardin has already amassed 710 yards on 38 receptions, including nine touchdown catches. He has recorded three games with over 130 yards, including a 177-yard performance against Northwestern State - the best receiving game by a freshman in UND history. During that game, he also nabbed the program's second-longest touchdown reception, an 85-yard TD toss from quarterback Jake Landry (Grand Forks, N.D.)
Hardin is currently tied with four others at No. 5 in UNDF single season touchdown receptions.
