GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The Fighting Sioux football team remained at No. 25 in the latest FCS Coaches Poll released on Monday. UND went on the road this past Saturday and knocked off Northern Colorado 27-25 in dramatic fashion at Nottingham Field. It marked the first time since the 2007 season that the Sioux have won back-to-back road contests.

Jay Nelson (Wheaton, Minn.) was named honorable mention Defensive Lineman Performer of the Week honors by College Football Performance Awards, while junior
Brett Cameron earned his second honorable mention Punter Performer of the Week honors this season.
Nelson was named the Great West Defensive Player of the Week on Sunday as well after registering three tackles, a sack, two tackles for loss, two quarterback hurries and two forced fumbles in the two-point win over the Bears. He also deflected a 4th-and-1 pass on the Bears' final offensive play of the game to preserve the victory.
Cameron averaged 38.2 yards per punt on five attempts and landed four of those inside the 20-yard line. He also had a long of 53 yards in the contest.
UND (5-3, 1-1 GWC) will return home on Saturday to face a Sioux Falls (5-3) team that is in its final year of transition to the Division II level. The Cougars have won five straight after dropping their first three contests of the season. Kickoff is at 1 p.m.
