Destinee Rose-Haas continued to climb the national rankings in the weight throw today at the North Dakota Track and Field Tune Up. The junior from Baldwin, Wis. unleashed a throw of 21.15m (69-4.75) which elevated her to 15
th in the country. Rose-Haas matched her previous personal record of 20.55m on her first throw of the day which easily qualified her for finals. In the second round of finals was when Rose-Haas rose to the occasion with her winning mark. Rose-Haas continues to lead The Summit League with that distance.
It was senior day for North Dakota and it was a day senior
Peter Wysocki won't forget. Wysocki captured top honors in the 200m in a personal record 22.28 which moves up to seventh all-time at UND in the event.
Rose-Haas and Wysocki were two of six winners on the day for North Dakota. Others Fighting Hawks taking their events today were:

In the first race of the day
Kathryn O'Neill moved into a tie for eighth all-time at UND (with current teammate
Mackenzie Severson) with her preliminary time of 9.25 in the 60m hurdles.
Other notable PRs included
Natalie Mohring in the weight throw 17.38m (57-00.25) which moves her to ninth on The Summit League performance list.
Kenna Curry recorded a distance of 16.77m (55-00.75) which is the top freshman mark in the event at UND since three-time All-American
Molli Detloff.
Unattached Hawk
Chris Evenson uncorked a throw of 17.35m (56-11.25) in the shot put which would have put him second all-time in the event at UND.
The Hawks didn't compete everyone and most track student-athletes ran a distance shorter than their specialty with The Summit League Indoor Track and Field Championships Presented by The U.S. Air Force Special Warfare straight ahead next weekend hosted this year by South Dakota State University.
