* North Dakota snapped a 16-set winless streak last time out against Kansas City, The Summit League's second-place team in Spring 2021.

* The Fighting Hawks will play St. Thomas for the first time since 1979. The only person alive when UND and the Tommies last played between the teams and the coaching staff was UST Head Coach Thanh Pham.

* Lexi Ahrens finished the Kansas City match with a match-best 18.5 points, racking up 12 kills, six blocks, and a career-best three service aces.

* Maddy Hornyak is coming off her first career double-double in the Kelly Green and White, tallying 11 kills and 17 digs against the Roos.

* McCallister Gayle recorded 13 kills from the right side last weekend, hitting .600 with seven kills versus KC.

* North Dakota held its own defensively last weekend, outblocking Kansas City, 7-5, while finishing a mere -4 in digs for the weekend. Oral Roberts led 51-50 in digs while KC paced UND, 80-77.

* The Fighting Hawks lead The Summit League in digs per set with an average of 16.80, 1.31 digs better than Omaha.

* Team captain Madi Hart led the University of North Dakota with a career-high 26 digs versus the Roos.

* Ahrens ranks third in The Summit League in blocks per set with 1.22 per set.
