GRAND FORKS, N.D. – No. 13 North Dakota is set to get comfortable in its home rink, beginning the first of six straight games in Grand Forks against No. 6 St. Cloud State on Friday night from Ralph Engelstad Arena.
All UND men's hockey games, home and away, can be heard on stations across the Home of Economy Fighting Hawks Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio, FightingHawks and Varsity Network apps. The flagship station for the network is 96.1 FM (The Fox). Longtime broadcaster Tim Hennessy calls the action.
Both games can be seen live on Midco Sports with David Brown and Jake Brandt call the action. Fans can also catch both contests on NCHC.tv with a subscription.
Friday will be the 140th all-time meeting between North Dakota and St. Cloud State, with UND holding a 78-46-15 advantage in the series.
The teams met three times last season, splitting two games down in the NCHC pod in Omaha before UND captured the NCHC Frozen Faceoff title with a 5-3 in Grand Forks.
Earlier this season, the teams split a pair of games in St. Cloud, with UND responding with a 5-3 victory on Saturday.
