BROOKINGS, S.D. - North Dakota softball's
Mariah Peters was selected to the Summit League Softball All-Tournament Team Saturday afternoon after the conclusion of the championship game.

Peters made plays at the plate and in the outfield for the Fighting Hawks in their first round game against South Dakota. Peters was involved in two of UND's five runs as she went 1-for-3 from the plate with one RBI, one run scored and drew one walk. Peters got the Hawks scoring going in the fourth with a RBI double and would later score during the three-run frame that tied the game up at 3-3. Peters also made a highlight play from right field, with runners on first and second and a single through the right side, she lasered in a throw that beat the runner to the plate.
