Barber and McCormick Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

Paige Barber was selected as a CSC Academic All-America finalist.

GRAND FORKS, N.D.Paige Barber and Izzie McCormick from the North Dakota volleyball team earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors, announced by CSC on Tuesday afternoon.

To be eligible for the honor, student-athletes must compile at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA and have competed in at least 90% of team total games or start 66% of total games.

Barber was selected as a CSC Academic All-America finalist, with honorees for that announced on Jan. 13, 2026.

McCormick recorded a 3.68 cumulative GPA, while majoring in Elementary Education. The Bloomington, Ill. native appeared in all 27 matches this season, recording 344 digs, 70 assists and 38 service aces.

Barber tallied a 3.69 cumulative GPA, while majoring in Biology Professional Health. She started all 27 matches this season, posting 374 kills, 20 service aces, 47.0 blocks and 169 digs.

The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
