Cross Country (Junior):Â Started the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and finished 15th with a time of 19:53.9, helping the Hawks finish as the runners-up ... Posted a time of 14:35.8 and was 21st at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Twilight ... Crossed the finish line 169th at the Roy Griak Invitational in a time of 24:15.3 ... Clocked a 6K personal-best time of 22:30.4 at the Summit League Championships and was 49th, helping UND finish third in the team race ... Crossed the finish line 187th in 23:09.9 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Opened the season at the Ron Pynn Classic, finishing 12th in a time of 18:54.6 to help North Dakota claim the team crown … Took 30th at the SDSU Classic in a time of 20:01.9, helping UND win the team title … Crossed the finish line 207th with a time of 25:20.8 at the Roy Griak Invitational … Finished 46th at the Summit League Championships, running a time of 23:45.5 … Clocked a time of 23:02.0 to finish 151st at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
Indoor (Sophomore): Finished seventh as a part of the DMR team at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a time of 12:48.70 ... Posted a PR time of 18:10.22 in the 5,000m at the Grand Valley State Big Meet ... Recorded a season-best time of 10:39.44 in the 3,000m at the Bison Team Cup.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Posted season-bests in the 1,500m (4:56.81) and 5,000m (18:33.45) at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

Cross Country (Freshman): Second Team All-Summit League … Placed 13th at The Summit League Cross Country Championship … Ran a 22:53.68 … Helped UND to a second place team finish, the highest placing for the Fighting Hawks in its Division I history.
Indoor (Freshman): Ran at four meets … Finished third in the 3,000-meters at the UND Open, setting an almost 15-second PR with a 10:32.01 (Jan. 30) … Placed 10th in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic, clocking a 5:15.05 (Feb. 13).
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed three times … Ran a season-best 4:44.73 in the 1,500-meters at the Mizzou Spring Opener (March 20) to finish 11th … Placed sixth in the 5,000-meters at the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2) … Finished seventh at the Ron Masanz Classic in the 1,500-meters (May 1).
