Cross Country (Senior): Began the season at Ron Pynn Classic and placed fourth with a 5K time of 18:56.1, helping the Hawks win the team title ... Finished 18th in the 5K at the SDSU Classic with a time of 18:42.2 ... Crossed the finish line 136th in the 6K at the Paul Short Run in 22:02.0 ... Finished 24th in the 6K at the Summit League Championships with a time of 22:22.8 ... Came in 83rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 6K time of 22:15.2, helping NoDak to its best regional finish in UND's Division I history.
Indoor (Senior): Set a 3,000m PR at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener of 9:43.53, moving her up to No. 4 in school history.
2022-23
Cross Country (Junior): Opened the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and placed fifth with a 5K PR time of 17:59.0, helping North Dakota finish second in the team race ... Ran a time of 22:57.6 and was 109th at the Roy Griak Invitational ... Crossed the finish line 91st at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 21:56.9 ... Took 16th at the Summit League Championships with a 6K personal-best time of 21:03.2, helping the Hawks take third as a team ... Recorded a time of 24:07.7 and was 217th at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
Indoor (Junior): Helped the DMR squad finish third at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a time of 12:04.89, good for the No. 6 time in program history in the event ... Also took 21st in the mile at the conference meet, clocking a time of 5:23.80 ... Ran a season-best time of 4:53.52 in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, moving her up to No. 3 in program history ... Claimed the mile title at the UND Open ... Earned All-Summit League status.
Outdoor (Junior): Runner-up in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, running the second-fastest time in school history with a time of 10:48.23 ... Took 17th in the 1,500m at the conference championships in 4:51.40 ... Clocked a PR of 4:31.74 in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational to move up to No. 9 on the UND top-10 list ... Named to the All-Summit League Team.
2021-22
Cross Country (Sophomore): Started the season with an eighth-place finish at the Ron Pynn Classic in a time of 18:18.3, helping the Fighting Hawks win the team trophy … Finished 11th at the SDSU Classic with a time of 18:33.2 to help North Dakota win its second team title of the season … Crossed the finish line 136th with a time of 23:42.5 at the Roy Griak Invitational … Clocked a time of 22:12.0 at Texas A&M to finish 85th and help the Hawks defeat five regionally ranked teams … Was the fourth Hawk to cross the finish line at the Summit League Championships, finishing 22nd in 22:42.6 … Ended the year with a 134th-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 22:43.3.
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed seventh as a member of the DMR team (12:48.70) and took 11th in the mile (5:06.86) at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Posted PR's in the 400m (1:00.65) at the UND Tune-Up and 3,000m (10:11.45) at the Bison Team Cup.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished seventh in the 1,500m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in a time of 4:33.63 ... Put down a PR of 17:43.32 in the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... Ran a season-best time of 2:16.19 in the 800m to claim the event title at the USD Early Bird.
2020-21
Cross Country (Freshman): Summit League Newcomer of the Year … Second Team All-Summit League … Finished 11th at The Summit League Cross Country Championship (March 5) … Clocked a 22:46.14 … Helped UND to a second place team finish, the highest placing for the Fighting Hawks in its Division I history.
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in six meets in rookie campaign … Just missed All-Summit League honors in the 800-meters, finishing fourth at the championship (Feb. 28) … Ran the seventh-fastest 800-meter time in UND history at the Jim Emmerich Invitational (2:13.42) at the time to finish fourth (Jan. 23) … Followed up with 4:57.39 in the mile to record the sixth-best mark in program history at the UND Open (Jan. 30) … Was the third leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that moved to No. 7 all-time at UND at the time with a 3:53.51 at SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 13).
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran six times … Opened her UND outdoor career with second and third place finishes in the 1,500-meters and 800-meters, respectively (March 19-20) … Member of the school record distance medley relay team at the Drake Relays, 11:36.47 (April 24) … Clocked a season-best 4:32.02 in the 1,500-meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (May 1), the ninth-fastest time in UND history at the time … Placed third in the 1,500 at the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2) … Just missed the finals in the 800-meters at The Summit League Championship, placing 11th … Finished 10th in the 1,500-meters at The League Championship (May 15).
Before UND:Â Member of LAC Klagenfurt ... Two-time Austrian Champion in the 800-meters and 1,500-meters ... Won a total of 22 championships between the U16 and U23 age groups ... Recorded a top-10 finish in the 800-meters at the 2016 U18 European Championships in Tbilisi, Georgia ... Also finished 15th in the 3,000-meters at the 2016 championship ... Placed 11th at the 2017 U20 European Championship in the 800-meters (Grossetto, Italy) ... Entered UND with a prep-best 2:09.06 in the 800-meters, a mark that would have bettered North Dakota's indoor and outdoor records at the time.
