2023-24
Indoor (Junior): Won the pentathlon at the Summit League Championships with a PR of 3,904 points, improving her No. 2 point total in the event in UND history ... With the win, she became the first Summit League champion in the pentathlon to go back-to-back since Sami Spenner of Omaha did it in 2013 and 2014 ... Also placed fourth in the long jump (19-1 1/4, 5.82m) and took 13th in the high jump (5-2 1/2, 1.59m) at the conference meet ... Improved her No. 3 long jump mark on the UND top-10 list with a leap of 19-4 (5.89m) at the NDSU Tune-Up ... Ran the No. 5 time in program history in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.74 at the UND Tune-Up ... Won the 4x400m relay at the UND Tune-Up and was part of the team that ran the fifth-fastest time (3:49.82) in school history ... Posted new bests in four of the five pentathlon events during the season ... Helped the Fighting Hawk pentathlon team finish the season ranked No. 4 in the USTFCCCA #EventSquad Rankings - the best any pentathlon team at UND has ever ranked at the end of the season ... Outdoor (Junior): Finished as the runner-up in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with 5,167 points ... Also took ninth in the 100m hurdles (14.28) and 10th in the long jump (18-3 1/4, 5.57m) at the conference championship meet ... Ran the No. 2 time in UND history in the 100m hurdles (13.88) and the No. 4 mark in the long jump (19-2 1/2, 5.85m) at the NDSU Spring Classic ... Put down the No. 3 heptathlon score on the UND top-10 list at the Texas Relays with 5,202 points ... Posted new bests in three of the seven heptathlon events ... Indoor (Sophomore): Won the pentathlon title at the Summit League Indoor Championships with 3,837 points, giving her the No. 2 pentathlon score in UND history at the time ... Took fourth with the 4x400m relay team at the conference championships with a time of 3:59.09 ... Also placed fifth in the long jump (18-9 3/4, 5.73m) and seventh in the high jump (5-3, 1.60m) at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Her long jump mark at the conference meet gave her the No. 3 leap on the UND top-10 list at the time ...Tied for the No. 8 high jump clearance in program history at the UND Tune-Up with a height of 5-7 (1.70m) and also was part of the 4x400m relay team at the meet that clocked the No. 6 time (3:52.81) in UND history at the time ... Posted the No. 5 time in UND history at the time in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.76 at the Bison Open ... Won both the high jump and 4x400m relay titles at the UND Tune-Up ... Also took 13th in the high jump (5-1 1/4, 1.56m) and 14th in the long jump (18-5 1/4, 5.62m) at the conference meet ... Posted the No. 3 time in program history in the 100m hurdles (14.16) at the time while competing in the heptathlon at the conference championships ... Posted the No. 6 long jump mark in school history at the time at the NDSU Tune-Up with a mark of 18-10 3/4 (5.76m) ... Recorded new season-bests in all seven heptathlon events, including three new PR's at the conference championships ... Named to the All-Summit League Team ... 2021-22
Indoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Put in season-bests in the 60m (7.98), 60m hurdles (8.90), high jump (5-2 1/2, 1.59m), long jump (17-10 1/4, 5.44m) and shot put (32-3, 9.83m) while competing unattached at the UND Tune-Up.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season .. Recorded season-bests at the USD Early Bird in the 200m (25.99), 100m hurdles (15.19), high jump (5-3, 1.60m) and long jump (17-0 3/4 (5.20mw) while competing unattached ... Also threw unattached at the USD Challenge in the javelin and put down a season-best javelin throw of 100-0 (30.48m).
Before UND: Attended Queens University in North Carolina and competed in the pentathlon and heptathlon…was the runner-up in the pentathlon with a PR of 3,278 points at the VMI Winter Relays in 2021…finished second at the 2021 Mount Olive First Chance and Multis Meet with a PR total of 4,717 points…previously attended St. Hallvard videregående in Drammen, Norway before moving to the States.
