2023-24
Indoor (Junior): Recorded a PR throw of 49-5 1/2 (15.07m) in the weight throw at the Dakota Alumni Classic.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished 14th in the hammer throw (138-0, 42.07m) at the Summit League Championships ... Put down a personal-best hammer throw mark of 151-6 (46.18m) at the NDSU Spring Classic.
2022-23
Indoor (Sophomore): Put down season-best marks in the shot put (38-3 1/4, 11.66m) and weight throw (46-1 1/4, 14.05m) at the Dakota Alumni Classic.
Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 18th at the Summit League Championships in the hammer throw with a PR toss of 131-7 (40.10m) ... Also took 18th in the shot put at the conference meet with a toss of 34-4 3/4 (10.48m) ... Recorded a season-best throw in the shot put at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Invitational with a mark of 37-3 (11.35m).
2021-22
Indoor (Freshman): Recorded season-bests in the shot put (38-0, 11.58m) at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet and weight throw (43-4 1/4, 13.21m) at the UND Tune-Up.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Threw season-bests in the shot put (34-9 1/2, 10.60m) at the USD Early Bird and hammer throw (119-10, 36.52m) at the USD Challenge, both while competing unattached.
Before UND: Attended Moorhead Senior High School in Minnesota … Had a PR throw of 37-2 in the shot put and is second all-time in school history in the event at MHS … Personal-best in the discus was 110-7, good for fourth all-time… Finished sixth at sectionals in the shot put and ninth in discus.
Personal: Major is health studies.
