Named the Summit League Women's Field Peak Performer of the Week on Feb. 6 after winning the pentathlon title with 4,042 points at the Bison Open ... Recorded a PR in the shot put with a toss of 39-5 3/4 (12.03m) at the Dakota Alumni Classic ... Helped the North Dakota pentathlon team finish the season ranked No. 4 in the USTFCCCA #EventSquad Rankings - the best any pentathlon team at UND has ever ranked at the end of the season ... Indoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Competed unattached at the Dakota Alumni Classic and took seventh in the pentathlon with 3,130 points while only competing in the first four events ... Was the runner-up in the 400m at the Bison Team Cup with a time of 59.66 while competing unattached.

Outdoor (Fifth): Earned honorable mention All-America status after finishing 19th in the heptathlon at the NCAA Championships with 5,274 points ... Finished 33rd in the long jump with a wind-aided leap of 19-4 3/4 (5.91m) at the NCAA West Preliminary Round ... Runner-up in the long jump (20-2 1/4, 6.15m) at the Summit League Championships ... Took seventh in both the high jump (5-5 1/4, 1.66m) and javelin (127-7, 38.90m) at the conference championships ... Shattered the pentathlon school record and became the first Fighting Hawk to eclipse the 4,000-point mark in program history in the pentathlon ... Ranked No. 21 nationally in the pentathlon at the end of the season ... Claimed the top spot in three of the five pentathlon events at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Broke the high jump program record with a clearance of 5-9 1/4 (1.76m) during the pentathlon high jump at the indoor conference championships ... Also took sixth in the long jump (18-5 3/4, 5.63m) and 13th in the 60m hurdles (9.00) at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Set a new school record in the long jump with a leap of 19-3 1/4 (5.87m) at the UND Open ... Put down the second-fastest 60m hurdles time in school history in 8.64 at the UND Open ... By competing at the National Championships, became the first combined events athlete at UND to ever compete at the National Championship meet ... Took 23rd in the javelin (154-0, 46.95m) and 39th in the long jump (19-2 1/2, 5.85m) at the NCAA West Preliminary Round ... That finish in the javelin was the best top finish by a UND javelin thrower at the NCAA Regionals since 2016 ... Her jump at the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the long jump was the best leap in Division I history for UND at the regional meet ... Gained the title of Field Events Championship MVP at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Rewrote the record books at UND with new program records in the 100m hurdles, long jump, javelin and heptathlon, while also tying the school record in the high jump during the outdoor season ... Helped the North Dakota heptathlon team finish the season ranked No. 2 in the USTFCCCA #EventSquad Rankings, the best any group at UND has ever ranked at the end of the season in the standings ... Named the Summit League Women's Field Athlete of the Week on both April 19 and March 22 ... Earned the title of Summit League Women's Athlete of the Month on June 16 for her performances in May/June, becoming the fourth Hawk in school history across all sports to earn the title.

Before UND: Attended Queens University in North Carolina and competed in the pentathlon during the outdoor season and placed third in the pentathlon with a total of 3,888 points and fifth in the long jump with a leap of 19-3 1/4 (5.87m) at the 2021 NCAA Division II Indoor Track Championships…was the runner-up in the heptathlon with 5,414 points, sixth in the javelin with a throw of 144-8 (44.09m) and eighth in the 100m hurdles with a time of 13.93 at the 2021 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track Championships…attended Atlanten VGS before moving to the States and attending Queens University.
