Cross Country (Fifth): Opened the season at the Roy Griak Invitational and came in 179th with a time of 30:02.0 ... Posted an 8K PR time of 25:24.4 at the Summit League Championships to help the Hawks finish fourth in the team race.
Indoor (Senior): Recorded a season-best time of 4:33.6 in the mile and won the event title at the Dakota Alumni Classic ... Put down PR's in the 200m (25.98) and 400m (55.20) at the Bison Team Cup.
Outdoor (Senior): Did not compete at any meets.
2021-22
Cross Country (Senior): Began the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and finished 17th in a time of 19:18.8, helping UND claim the team title … Crossed the finish line 44th at the SDSU Classic in a time of 28:42.5 … Finished 214th at the Roy Griak Invitational in a time of 28:46.0 … Took 170th at Texas A&M with a time of 26:16.5 … Clocked a time of 27:09.3 to cross the finish line 43rd at the Summit League Championships … Finished 193rd with a time of 35:50.9 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
Indoor (Junior): Ran in the mile at the Dakota Alumni Classic and finished in a time of 4:43.60.
Outdoor (Junior): Took 22nd in the 800m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:04.31 ... Ran season-bests in the 1,500m (4:20.72) and 800m (1:59.24).
2020-21
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed at two meets … Ran a season-best 4:28.17 in the mile to finish second at the UND Tune-Up (Feb. 20).
Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran three times … Registered top-8 finishes in the 800-meters and the 1,500-meters at the Ron Masanz Classic (May 1) … Finished in the top-15 in the 800-meters at The Summit League Championship (May 14).
2019-20
Cross Country (Sophomore): Earned second letter ... Finished in the top-half of the field at The Summit League Championship in Fargo (Nov. 2).
Indoor (Freshman): Made debut at the UND Tune-Up, finishing third in the mile with a personal-best of 4:24.27 ... Placed 14th in the mile at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 29) ... Helped the distance medley relay team to a fifth place finish at The League Championship (Feb. 29).
Outdoor (COVID-19 Pandemic): Doubled in the 800-meters and 1,500-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational, recording PRs in both events.
