Cross Country (Senior): One of the top three finishers for UND in five of the six meets ... Placed fourth at the Ron Pynn Classic with a 6K PR of 18:03.5 and helped the Hawks finish as the runners-up ... Recorded a time of 18:58.5 to finish 19th at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Twilight ... Crossed the finish line 101st at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 25:59.2 ... Clocked a time of 24:57.2 to take 105th at the Bradley Pink Classic ... Posted an 8K personal-best time of 24:18.0 at the Summit League Championships to finish 28th and help the Hawks finish fourth in the team race ... 2021-22
Cross Country (Junior): Started the season at the Ron Pynn Classic, winning the individual title in a time of 18:07.3 and helping UND win the team title … Finished ninth at the SDSU Classic with a time of 25:47.4 to help the Hawks finish as the runner-up … Crossed the finish line 142nd with a time of 26:50.2 at the Roy Griak Invitational … Clocked a time of 24:33.1 and finished 43rd at Texas A&M … Was the second Fighting Hawk to cross the finish line at the Summit League Championships and placed 20th in 25:50.6 … Took 192nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 35:34.3.
Indoor (Junior): Finished 10th in the 5,000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a time of 14:50.57 ... Posted a PR in the mile at the Dakota Alumni Classic with a time of 4:26.63 ... Had a season-best time of 8:41.85 in the 3,000m.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed fourth in the 5,000m (15:04.56) and sixth in the 10,000m (31:57.98) at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Ran season-bests in the 1,500m (4:06.21) and 5,000m (15:03.85).
2020-21
Cross Country (Sophomore): Summit League Athlete of the Year … NCAA Cross Country Championship Qualifier … First Team All-Summit League … Won The Summit League Cross Country Championship and was the only student-athlete to break 25 minutes with a time of 24:57.40 (March 5) … Helped North Dakota to a third place team finish, the highest placing for the Fighting Hawks in its Division I history … Became the first Fighting Hawk in the Division I era to run at the NCAA Cross Country Championship, finishing 209th in Stillwater, Okla. (March 15) … First UND athlete since Arjan Gelling in 1967 to run at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championship … First men’s runner since 1999 to represent North Dakota at NCAA Cross Country Championship.
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran at five meets … All-Summit League … Runner-up in the 5,000-meters at The Summit League Track & Field Championships, setting the school record with a 14:32.59 (Feb. 27) … Moved up to No. 2 all-time in the 3,000-meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic with an 8:26.43 to finish fourth (Feb. 13) … Placed second in the 3,000-meters in his UND debut at the Dakota Duel (Dec. 4).
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in four meets … Registered the second-fastest times in program history in the 5,000-meters and the 10,000-meters during the season … Made UND outdoor debut at the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2) … Clocked a 30:32.46 to finish 11th lead the Fighting Hawks in the 10,000-meters at the Drake Relays (April 22) … Ended the regular season with a 14:31.37 in the 5,000-meters at the OSU High Performance Meet in Corvallis, Ore. (May 1) … Finished sixth in both the 5,000 and the 10,000 at The Summit League Championship (May 14-15).
