Indoor (Junior): Ran the No. 8 time in the 4x800m relay team with a time of 9:34.68 at the SDSU Indoor Classic ... Recorded an 800m PR time of 2:21.63 ... Ran season-bests in the 400m (1:00.68) and 600m (1:43.00).
Outdoor (Junior): Clocked season-bests in the 400m (1:02.85) and 800m (2:30.23).
2022-23
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed third with the DMR squad at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a time of 12:04.89, good for the No. 6 time in program history ... Also took fourth at the conference meet with the 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:52.81, clocking the No. 6 time in school history ... Ran the No. 7 time in UND history in the 300m at the UND Open with a time of 42.49 ... Won the 400m title at the UND Tune-Up with a PR time of 59.56 ... Named to the All-Summit League Team.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Took fifth with the 4x400m relay team in a time of 3:56.24 at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Finished 20th in the 400m at the conference meet with a time of 1:00.69 ... Clocked PR's in the 100m (12.91) at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Invitational and 200m (26.08) at the NDSU Tune-Up.
2021-22
Indoor (Freshman): Finished sixth as a member of the 4x400m relay team in a time of 3:54.40 at the Summit League Indoor Championships, running the ninth-fastest time in program history at the time ... Also took 17th in the 400m with a time of 1:01.47 at the indoor conference championships ... Ran season-best times of 1:01.22 in the 400m at the UND Tune-Up and 26.76 in the 200m at the Dakota Alumni Classic.
Outdoor (Freshman): Took 16th in the 400m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in a time of 1:01.69 ... Ran season-best times in both the 200m (27.00) and 400m (1:00.99) at the Texas State Invitational.
Before UND: Attended Aurora Central Catholic High School in Sheridan, Illinois … Earned all-conference honors in the 100m, 200m and 400m from 2018-2021 and all-state accolades in the 200m and 400m as a senior … Had high school best times of 12.63 in the 100m, 25.79 in the 200m and 58.02 in the 400m … Finished high school as four-time letterwinner.
