Indoor (Junior): Placed sixth in both the 400m (56.55) and 4x400m relay (3:58.92) at the Summit League Championships ... Also took 11th in the 200m (25.24) at the conference meet ... Broke the school record with the distance medley relay team at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, clocking a time of 11:40.44 and ran the No. 3 time in program history in the 400m (55.58) ... Put down the No. 4 200m time in UND history with a time of 24.81 at the UND Open ... Won the 60m title (7.72) at the UND Tune-Up, tying the No. 2 time in the event in program history ... Also won the 4x400m relay (3:49.82) at the UND Tune-Up with the No. 5 time on the UND top-10 list ... Captured seven individual titles during the regular season.
Outdoor (Junior): Finished sixth with the 4x400m relay team (3:51.96) and ninth in the 400m (56.67) at the conference championship meet ... The time with the 4x400m relay team at the conference meet ranks No. 9 in program history ... Put down a season best of 24.94 in the 200m during the regular season ... Indoor (Sophomore): Placed fourth with the 4x400m relay team at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a time of 3:59.09 ... Also took fifth in the 400m at the conference meet with a time of 56.45, good for the No. 5 time in UND history at the time ... Clocked the No. 6 time in school history with the 4x400m relay squad at the time at the UND Tune-Up with a time of 3:52.81 ... Broke the school record in the 300m at the UND Open with a time of 39.75 ... Posted the No. 10 time in the 200m at the Bison Team Cup at the time, clocking a 25.50 ... Won the 4x400m relay title at the UND Tune-Up and the 400m crown at the Bison Team Cup.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished fourth in the 400m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a time of 55.18, good for the No. 4 time in program history ... Placed sixth with the 4x100m relay team at the Summit League Championships with a time of 47.61 ... Earlier in the season posted the No. 2 time with the 4x100m relay squad at the NDSU Tune-Up with a team time of 47.23 ... Recorded the No. 3 time in UND history in the 100m (12.16) and the No. 3 time in the 200m (24.43) at the NDSU Tune-Up ... Won the 400m crown at both the Redlands Invitational and the Ron Masanz Track & Field Classic.
2021-22
Indoor (Freshman): Placed sixth with the 4x400m relay team in a time of 3:54.40 at the Summit League Indoor Championships, good for the No. 9 time on the UND top-10 list at the time ... Also ran a season best of 1:01.07 in the 400m to finish 16th and took seventh in 12:48.70 with the DMR team to place seventh at the indoor conference championships ... Ran season-bests in the 200m (28.01) at the Bison Open and 600m (1:42.47) at the UND Tune-Up.
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran a time of 48.45 with the 4x100m relay team at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, earning the No. 7 time on the UND top-10 list in the process at the time ... Also finished fourth (3:52.82) in the 4x400m relay and 11th (58.43) in the 400m at the outdoor conference meet ... Broke the school record with the 4x200m relay team with a time of 1:42.01 at the Drake Relays in the rarely run event ... Put down a season-best of 26.83 in the 200m at the Texas State Invitational.
2020-21
Indoor (Redshirt): Ran a season-best time of 59.11 in the 400m at the UND Tune-Up while competing unattached.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Placed sixth in the 200m (25.51w) and won the 400m (57.59) at the NDU Spring Classic while competing unattached…ran a season-best time of 2:20.54 in the 800m at the Ron Masanz Classic while competing unattached.
Before UND:Â Attended Lincoln HS in Theif River Falls, Minnesota...ran sprints at LHS.
