Indoor (Senior): Placed third in the shot put (47-6 1/2, 14.49m) and seventh in the weight throw (58-8 1/2, 17.89m) at the Summit League Championships ... Put down the No. 4 throw in program history and won the shot put title with a toss of 47-8 1/2 (14.54m) at the Jim Emmerich Invitational ... Recorded the No. 10 weight throw mark in program history with a distance of 58-10 (17.93m) at the UND Tune-Up ... Named to the All-Summit League Team ... Earned Academic All-Summit League status.
Outdoor (Junior): Finished fourth in the shot put at the Summit League Championships with a mark of 47-4 1/2 (14.44m) ... Also took ninth in the hammer throw (165-7, 50.46m) and 10th in the discus (134-1, 40.86m) at the conference meet ... Had the No. 5 throw in UND history in the shot put with a PR of 171-2 (52.17m) at the Ashland Open ... Recorded a personal-best marks in the discus (142-7, 43.47m) and weight throw (58-10, 17.93m) during the regular season.
2022-23
Indoor (Junior): Placed sixth in the shot put (46-4 1/4, 14.13m) and took 11th in the weight throw (57-7 3/4, 17.57m) at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Recorded the No. 6 shot put throw in UND history at the time at the Dakota Alumni Classic with a toss of 46-9 1/2 (14.26m) ... Won the shot put title at the Dakota Alumni Classic and the UND Tune-Up.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed fourth in the shot put at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a toss of 48-1 3/4 (14.67m), good for the No. 4 throw in school history ... Also took eighth in the discus (137-6, 41.90m) and 12th in the hammer throw (158-1, 48.19m) at the conference championships ... Put down a season-best of 160-3 (48.85m) in the hammer throw at the NDSU Tune-Up.
2021-22
Indoor (Sophomore): Took seventh in the shot put (46-1 1/4, 14.05m) and 11th in the weight throw (54-6, 16.61m) at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Recorded the seventh-best shot put throw in school history at the time at the UND Tune-Up with a mark of 46-4 (14.12m) ... Also put down a season-best in the weight throw at the UND Tune-Up with a distance of 56-3 1/4 (17.15m).
Outdoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Had season-best throws in the discus (142-1, 43.31m) and hammer throw (161-6, 49.23m) at the USD Challenge while competing unattached ... Also had a season-best throw in the shot put of 44-1 1/2 (13.45m) at the USD Early Bird while throwing unattached.
2020-21
Indoor (Freshman): Threw in all eight meets during first season … Opened career with a fifth-place finish in the weight throw at the Dakota Duel with a 52-6.75 (Dec. 4) … Cracked the UND top-10 in the shot put at the Jim Emmerich Invitational, placing sixth with a throw of 45-0.50 (Jan. 23) … Finished 11th at The Summit League Championship in the shot put, 42-11.75 (Feb. 28).
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed seven times … Opened outdoor career finishing third in the shot put at the Mizzou Spring Opener, 47-8.50 (March 20) … Recorded top-eight finishes in the shot put and discus at the NDSU Spring Classic, including a season-best in the discus, 142-5 (April 2) … Registered a season-best hammer throw at the Ron Masanz Classic, 144-3 (April 30).
Before UND:Â Earned all-conference honors as a freshman, sophomore and junior ... Earned All-America honors in the discus, hammer and shot put throws ...
