OXBOW, N.D. - After two rounds of competition in the Erv Kaiser Invitational, the Fighting Sioux men's golf team is in sixth place with an overall score of 590 (299, 291). Sophomore Tyler Monda (Brainerd, Minn.) is currently in first place with a score of 139 (69, 70).
Freshman Nick Schaefer (Grand Forks, N.D.) is tied for third with an overall score of 142 (70, 72). Tied for 15th after two rounds is Alex Robb (Fr., Chanhassen, Minn.) who carded an overall score of 147 (75, 72). Matthew Wrolstad (Fr., Fargo, N.D.) posted a score of 148 (78, 70) which places him tied for 18th after two rounds of competition
Senior Dustin Steiner (Fargo, N.D.) is tied for 25th with a score of 151 (77, 74). Rounding out the day for the Fighting Sioux men is junior Michael Holm (Fargo, N.D.) who is currently tied for 37th with an overall score of 154 (78, 76).
The Sioux men will complete their third and final round of competition tomorrow in Oxbow, N.D.
