CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.-- Visiting North Dakota ran its winning streak to seven straight with a 25-21, 21-25, 25-20, 25-21 non-conference victory at Austin Peay State University Wednesday evening.

Sophomore Julia Kaczorowska charted a new career high with 15 kills to help pace a balanced North Dakota attack. Classmate Faith Dooley also added 15 kills while freshman Courtney Place and junior Chelsea Moser each chipped in 11. Sydney Griffin totaled 45 assists and McKenzie Hart recorded 23 digs.

"We won. That's it. That's all. That's the only thing anyone here shouldbe  pleased with," UND head coach Mark Pryor said. "Every match matters. There comes a time in a season where reality has to set in for teammates to be responsible for their own mental effort and mental preparation. That time is now."

After a 7-4 start for North Dakota, the host Governors scored six of the next seven points to gain the lead and force a UND timeout. Out of the break, North Dakota immediately went on an 8-3 spurt to regain control. The Lady Govs would hold a 20-19 edge late, but UND ended the set with six of the final seven points for a 25-21 victory.

The Lady Govs got their only set win in the second to square the match at one set apiece. APSU (4-8) turned the tables with an identical 25-21 score in that frame, hitting .324 to equalize the match.

After the intermission, UND would commit just six attack errors the rest of the way, three in each of the final two sets. Kaczorowska hit .500 for the match with 15 kills and just a pair of errors in 26 swings. Dooley's 15 kills came on 29 attempts with three errors.

North Dakota heads to Saint Louis University for four matches at the Billiken Invitational, beginning with Tennessee-Martin Friday at 2:00 p.m.
