SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota women's soccer had three student-athletes named to The Summit League Women's Soccer Academic All-League Team on Tuesday, the league offices announced.
Allison Rapaduski, Ameila Loeffler and Alisha Maake represent the Fighting Hawks on the All-League team.
To be eligible for the Academic All-League team, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.30 cumulative career grade-point average (on a 4.0 scale), completed at least one full academic year at the current institution and participated in 50 percent of their team's completed competitions.
Nominations are brought forth by sports information directors from the league's nine institutions and voting is conducted by both the SIDs and facility athletic representatives (FARs).
Allison Rapaduski, F, Sr., Algonquin, Ill., (3.97, Elementary Education)
Started all 18 games for the Fighting Hawks … Scored five goals and had one assist for 11 points on the season … Was second on the team in goals and points … Scored a goal in three straight games against Boise St., MSU Moorhead and Austin Peay, including a game winning goal against MSU Moorhead … Put away the game winning goal in a 3-2 win over Oral Roberts … Tied for The Summit League lead with three game winning goals ... Played a total of 1,401 minutes … Was named an All-Summit League Honorable Mention.
Ameila Loeffler, F, So., Claremont, Calif. (3.81, Biology)
Appeared in 16 games with 16 starts … Led the Fighting Hawks with 18 points and eight goals to go with two assists … Ranked first in The Summit League with a 0.618 shot accuracy and second in goals scored … Scored two goals including the game winner against Illinois State … closed out her sophomore season with a hat trick in a 3-3 draw against Denver … Recorded three points against Southern Indiana with one goal and one assist … Led the Hawks in shots (34) and shots on goal (21) … Logged 1,329 minutes played… Was named to the All-Summit League First Team.
Alisha Maake, MF, Jr., Ewa Beach, Hawaii (4.00, Commercial Aviation)
Played in and started 17 games in the UND midfield … tallied three shots on the season … Played the third most minutes for NoDak with 1,491 … Played a full 90 minutes in 14 games … Helped the Fighting Hawks to seven shutouts.
