TACOMA, Wash. -- The University of North Dakota women's golf team wrapped up play from the Harbottle Invitational, hosted by Seattle U, on Tuesday from the Tacoma Country Club in Tacoma, Wash.
The Fighting Hawks compiled a team score of 904 (+40), with round-by-round scores of 297, 305 and 302, finishing 14th overall in a competitive field that featured multiple strong opponents.
Emersyn Walker put together her best performance of the season, sitting tied for 36th with a three-round score of 221 (+5). She opened with a 73, followed by an impressive 72 in the second round and closed with a 76.
Kylie Warner finished 52nd, posting 226 (+10) with rounds of 73, 79 and 74, while Lily Bredemeier carded a 231 (+15) to place 67th after rounds of 81, 77 and a strong final round of 73. Gigi Lund (233, +17) and Erin Johnson (235, +19) rounded out the team's lineup in 75th and 86th place, respectively.
Nikki Bowen, competing individually, tied for 61st with a three-round score of 230 (+14), posting rounds of 74, 78 and 78.
North Dakota returns to action in two weeks for the Tommie Invite beginning Monday, Oct. 14 from StoneRidge Golf Club in Stillwater, Minn.
