Nebraska defeats North Dakota, 7-0

Box Score LINCOLN, Neb. -- The University of North Dakota women's tennis team fell, 7-0, to Nebraska on Saturday morning to close out the weekend with a 1-1 record from the Dillon Tennis Center in Lincoln, Neb. 

The Cornhuskers took the early lead with a pair of doubles wins on the No. 1 and 3 courts to grab the 1-0 advantage. The pairing of Jule Schulte and Nore Heinitz were locked in a 4-4 battle when play was halted. 

Nebraska was able to take the match victory with all six victories during singles play, with Sapir Sela notching UND's lone set win of the day at the No. 1 spot before falling in a super tiebreak third set. 

North Dakota will head right back to the state of Nebraska next weekend for a showdown in Omaha against Creighton on Friday at 12:30 p.m.
